The Roadtrip to Dubrovnik 2024<\/strong> combines inland Croatia and the Velebit Mountains with the beautiful Dalmatian coast. We started in a forested area inland, to descend towards the coast after the Velebit Mountains. This alternation provided a great variety of landscapes! <\/p>\n

This 9-day road trip started in the town of Ogulin<\/strong> and ended in beautiful Dubrovnik<\/strong>. Along the way we visited Gospi\u0107, Pako\u0161tane, Split, Makarska<\/strong> and the Pelje\u0161ac<\/strong> peninsula, among others. <\/p>\n

During the trip there were two free days: the first in Makarska<\/strong> and the second – also the last day – in Dubrovnik<\/strong>. This left room for optional excursions, such as a visit to the island of Bra\u010d<\/strong> (with one of the most beautiful beaches in Europe) or the spectacular Biokovo Skywalk<\/strong>. Thanks to the extra day in Dubrovnik, this impressive city could also be explored in a relaxed manner. <\/p>\n

21.09.2024<\/strong> – Today was the gathering and arrival day of the Roadtrip to Dubrovnik 2024. Despite some delays here and there, everyone arrived well. After a short introduction and a word of welcome we had dinner together. Tomorrow the real work begins: the first day of driving! <\/p>\n

22.09.2024<\/strong> – The first day of driving is a fact. We left Ogulin<\/strong> in the direction of Gospi\u0107<\/strong>. With beautiful weather, colorful nature and wonderfully winding roads, it was enjoyment from the first moment! <\/p>\n

23.09.2024<\/strong> – Today the second stage was on the program: from Gospi\u0107<\/strong> to Vrana<\/strong>. Two routes were available: a challenging route via an unpaved mountain pass, and an alternative without an unpaved section. Arriving at our hotel, the cars could be parked in the courtyard – that gave just that extra bit of charm! <\/p>\n

24.09.2024<\/strong> – From Vrana<\/strong> today we drove in the direction of Split<\/strong>. The route was varied, with a beautiful viewpoint over Ka\u0161tel<\/strong> and Split<\/strong>. After arriving at the hotel, everyone explored the attractive center of Split at their own pace and in their own way. <\/p>\n

25.09.2024<\/strong> – Today we drove on to Makarska<\/strong>. After a stretch along the coastline, we largely followed the Cetina<\/strong> River, driving around Biokovo Mountain<\/strong> to finally reach the coast again. <\/p>\n

26.09.2024<\/strong> – Free day! Everyone could decide today how to spend the day. Some stayed relaxed at the beach near the hotel, others took a trip to the island of Bra\u010d<\/strong> or visited the Skywalk of Biokovo<\/strong>. Something for everyone! <\/p>\n

27.09.2024<\/strong> – The last leg of the road trip! We left Makarska<\/strong> and drove towards Dubrovnik<\/strong> via an atmospheric wine tasting on the Pelje\u0161ac<\/strong> peninsula. Tomorrow is a free day to explore this city. <\/p>\n

28.09.2024<\/strong> – Today everyone had the chance to explore Dubrovnik<\/strong> in their own way. Tired but satisfied, we concluded the trip with a joint dinner, where we toasted to a wonderful and successful trip. <\/p>\n

29.09.2024<\/strong> – Time to say goodbye and start the journey home. Full of new memories, we look back on an unforgettable road trip! <\/p>\n
